10 Ways to Make Your Dog Happier & Healthier that Your Trainer, Nutritionist and Veterinarian Aren’t Talking About
DOWNLOAD COMING SOON
As a dog mom, you want to give your dog the best possible life.
They deserve it for everything they give to you.
But it can be overwhelming choosing the best food to feed your dog, which trainer to follow and how much enrichment they need.
Are they happy?
Are they healthy?
If only our dogs could talk!
The truth is, our dogs are communicating with us all the time.
We just need to learn how to listen.
It's Time to Re-imagine Pet Parenting
Our dogs are conscious, energetic, communicative beings.
They are so much more connected to us than we know.
Our dogs smell everything—including our hormones and molecular chemical changes.
Our dogs sense energy—including impending earthquakes and the fear radiating from your delivery guy.
Our dogs observe us—mindfully, constantly and with purpose.
We are their world, their food source, their affection, their safety. What we do matters to them.
If this is how your dog senses the world, what is she picking up?
The hormones of stress, the energy of fear and the habits of depression?
Or love, inner peace and joy?
Most dog experts don’t talk about this, but—
The best way to create a happier, healthier life for your dog is to do the same for yourself first.
That’s because dogs absorb—and mirror—the energy around them.
Your energy is the key ingredient no food, training or enrichment can provide.
Hi, I'm Jennifer.
Writer. Photographer. Dog Wellness Advocate.
I study the science and soul of dog health and happiness.
My four dogs saw me through the darkest days of my life.
As I put the pieces of my life back together, I became obsessed with two questions:
How can I feel happier and healthier?
And how can I do the same for my dogs?
I dove deep into the science and spirituality of how to create the more beautiful world that I knew was possible—for me and my dogs.
What I learned not only freed me from paralyzing fear, depression and low self-worth, it also pulled two of my dogs back from the brink of death.
As I healed, so did my dogs.
As I got happier and healthier, my dogs became happier and healthier, too.

Scientists wanted to understand how much dogs are communicating with us and what they are trying to tell us when they do. What they found had them using words like “impressive,” “remarkable,” and “skilled”–and even comparing dogs to human babies and great apes!
